I provide in‑person and telehealth individual counseling and therapy for adults.
My practice supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions—those moments when the familiar structures of life shift, dissolve, or no longer make sense. Alongside a Jungian foundation, my work also acknowledges the spirit of absurdism: the recognition that life can be unpredictable, contradictory, and at times without clear answers, yet still profoundly meaningful through the ways we choose to respond.

My approach as a counsellor and psychotherapist is guided primarily by the psychological theory of C.G. Jung (1875–1961). Jung’s depth psychology offers a way of understanding the inner world—dreams, symbols, unconscious patterns—and helps illuminate the evolving relationship one has with oneself and others. Absurdist philosophy complements this by inviting curiosity about the tensions, paradoxes, and uncertainties that naturally arise in the human experience. Rather than seeking to eliminate these tensions, we explore how they might become sources of insight, resilience, and creative self‑understanding.

Jungian psychotherapy is a depth‑oriented process that supports both particular issues and broader questions of identity, purpose, and inner life.
Individual counseling often focuses on a specific concern and is typically short‑term, while Jungian psychotherapy is a depth‑oriented process that supports both particular issues and broader questions of identity, purpose, and inner life. A unique aspect of Jungian work is the exploration of dreams, which can offer symbolic perspectives on what may be unfolding beneath the surface. Absurdism adds another dimension: an openness to the unexpected, the irrational, and the ways meaning can emerge even when life feels uncertain or contradictory. The type and length of the process—whether counseling or Jungian psychotherapy—depends on the unique needs and circumstances of each person.

I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non‑judgmental environment, cultivating a collaborative therapeutic relationship that supports your process.

Together, we make space for both the deeply personal and the inherently unpredictable aspects of being human.
